The VHS Board of Trustees is aware that a Board member has recently appeared in court on a charge. This charge is unrelated to the organisation in any way. However, in the interests of good governance, the Board has submitted a notifiable event to the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) and may issue a further statement in due course.
