NHS Highland Publishes Community Link Worker Service Report

The third-year report for the Community Link Worker (CLW) Service in NHS Highland has been published. The report covers the period between 1^st July 2024 and 30^th June 2025. The report showcases key data insights, case studies, patient and GP practice staff feedback, plus highlights, challenges and priorities for the year ahead.
