The Scottish Parliament held the Stage 1 debate for the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Bill on Tuesday 26 November 2013. This followed the Stage 1 report, which discusses the general principles of the Bill. During this session, the Bill’s general principles were debated and the Parliament agreed the general principles of the Bill.
Following this agreement, the Bill has passed to Stage 2, where the designated committee with consider submitted amendments. VHS produced a briefing for the Stage 1 debate, which was sent to MSPs on 22 November 2013.
